Phoenix Geo Services
An affiliated Egyptian exploration and production company and the designated operator of the Wadi Dib Concession Area in the Gulf of Suez. Phoenix entered into the concession agreement directly and is responsible for the technical planning, operational execution, regulatory compliance, and management of upstream exploration activities within the concession. Supported by Goura Oil Limited's strategic, commercial, and financial backing, Phoenix provides the operational platform through which the Group advances its upstream exploration strategy.

The company provides a dedicated platform for participating in future concession opportunities and supporting the Group's long-term expansion within Egypt's energy sector. Supported by the Group's accumulated experience, commercial relationships, and technical capabilities, Gourez represents Goura's continued commitment to developing sustainable upstream opportunities in Egypt.
